If you spill or break a bacterial or fungal culture, don't panic and don't ignore it.

Cover the spill with paper towels and squirt disinfectant onto the towels. Wait 20 minutes then clean up the spill.

Place glass and plastic in the "To be autoclaved" baskets.

Place broken glass in the contaminated broken glass container.
