Step 2:   Access http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov and search online for the title of the Judicial Council forms in the pull-down menu; and
Step 3:  Complete Judicial Council form with the appropriate case information; and
Step 4:  Print out forms, however, remember California Judicial Council forms can be accessed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader but cannot be saved.
Step 5:  Access California's Supreme Court website at http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov and click on the "courts" button, select "Superior Courts", and finally, select San Francisco Trial Court website link.  Locate Microsoft's lawsuit and search for the First Page of a Pleading document and a Proof of Service by Mail samples.  You will be able to use the samples for pleading course assignments this semester.
