  5. to respect other students by being polite, quiet, and maintaining confidentiality

  2. to come to tutoring prepared to do tutoring work
  3. to focus on the student's needs during a tutoring session
  4. to keep the student's business in tutoring confidential
  5. to respect all students regardless of age, learning style, academic goals, and personal characteristics
