Reformer Project

Contact a local gym and/or a Pilates Studio in your area. Print this page and take it with you to your session. Reflect on your experience as follows in no more than 2 typed 1.5 spaces pages:

A. Did you do any exercises we do in class? Compare and contrast three of the exercises.

B. Reformer Only Exercise

There is an abundance of exercises that can only be preformed on a reformer. Ask you instructor about any new exercises you did in your session. Pick your favorite to reflect on in your paper.
