Lecture 1 -- (Printing Tip: Print 2 or 4 pages/sheet to save paper!!!)

At the Learning Center:  Right click – Select PRINT.
On the dialog box, Select Page Scaling.
     Select Multiple Pages per sheet –> OK.

** FLASH FILE video of my narrated lecture. This is my first time trying this format, so please let me know if it works for you. It worked great on my home computer. :-) (It is a full lecture, so it is about 74 minutes long.)
***Corrections to my lecture audio: Slide 1 = Staphylococci, NOT streptococci. Slide 18 = sausages are ANAEROBIC inside, not hydrophobic. (I was doing this too late at night!! ;-) )
